Unless you work at a nail salon it is not appropriate to cut your nails at work, especially in a call center. The sound of it just makes me cringe and it’s usually louder in one ear.

I was at my parent’s house today and found my old CD player (do they make these anymore?). I opened it and there was a CD inside so I took it home. I listened to it on the way home and it brought back so many memories. I know the songs are all about love and being in love but that is what I listened to back then. I still listen to love songs now but it’s not the same. Most of you probably don’t know who these artist are and what song it is but here is the playlist.

I’m still in amazement that I got not just one but two tattoos. What was I thinking? I love it though and it wasn’t a bad experience. I feel pretty badass lol.

Me: Do you want to be cremated or buried when you die?
Him: I don’t know, I’m not sure
Me: I want to be buried
Him: Why? It cost a lot more to be buried
Me: So you can have a tombstone to visit me at
Him: I’ll have your ashes
Me: You know darn well you will not keep my ashes
Him: I will throw it out in water…a bathtub…no wait, a toilet
Me: Gee Thanks. A toilet really?

Last night I had a dream that I was living in a slum in Africa. Two rebels came into the house with guns pointed at me. The whole time I kept begging them not to shoot. When they finally left I tried to lock the door but it was a cheap lock that could break right off. Yup, a crazy dream.

We went to a Lifetime Assistant group home today and built a frame for a vegetable garden. None of us has built one before but we managed to do a great job. We also cleaned the windows for them and one fell right out when I was cleaning it. It took us forever to put it back in because it was the ones that pull open so you can clean it. It fell on my head twice and lips once. The home was beautiful and I’m happy that the men that live there have great people to take care of them. We left at 1:30 instead of 3:00 so that was nice.

Since I got home all I’ve been doing is cleaning and painting. Luckily I work late tomorrow so I have plenty of time to rest up. I know that once I sit down on the couch I will probably fall asleep. Owning a house is a lot of work Haha. I also bought an orchid plant and I’m hoping Tee doesn’t notice it hehe.

Tomorrow I will be participating in the Day of Caring. It is a part of the United Way and it is a day in which we help out in the community. I will be at the Lifetime Assistance group home in Irondequoit. We’ll basically be cleaning all day and possibly setting up a garden if the weather permits it. It’s my first time doing this so I’m excited. I’ll be working from 8:30 to 3:00 but my job will pay me for a full work day. It will be nice to leave for home early but after a day of cleaning I won’t be eager to clean my house Haha. If I do this again next year I hope we’ll be building a house or something, that sounds like fun.
